She listened to my concerns related to the project and found solutions to my issues. She was informative and effectively communicated and addressed my concerns. In the end, I am most pleased with her service and the project completion. My sister said upon her inspection that the windows and sliders look fabulous. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with Top Choice was exceptional. The sales and office support staff were clear and direct. We did have an issue when one of our doors arrived and was not to the order specifications. They immediately placed another order to replace the incorrect one that was sent. Jason the installer went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He sent pictures and communicated in a timely manner since we were not on site during one of the installations. He was a true professional and his work is second to none. We would definitely choose to work with Top Choice in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica Pope, Permitting Supervisor with Top Choice Windows & Doors in Bonita Springs, FL. She told me she would come last evening and help put a PGT large lower window back into its track. I was so relieved. I didn't want to be without that window in its place during the night. When she arrived it was after 9pm she had her beautiful 7 year old daughter with her and they were both tired. That didn't dampen her spirit to help me. She took off the broken spiral balances, the torsion rods and the balance strings from 2 windows and had to move the pivot shoes as well (not sure if this wording is completely accurate in my words but something like this). She wanted to be sure that I had both windows secure and locked before she left. I am having new blinds installed at the end of the week. I am most grateful to her for helping me. Jessica was so willing to help me without expecting a reward, and deserves recognition and appreciation. I highly recommend Top Choice Windows & Doors. THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSICA!
